Thank you for visiting the Homestead Pet Resort & Spa website. Leaving your pet while traveling can be difficult, so it’s important to know we are trained pet lovers and caretakers who ensure a positive experience for your pet and for you.
Homestead’s Suites
Our Suites provide comfort and relaxation for our canine guests. With in-floor heat, cots and blankets in every room, we are certain your pet will have a wonderful vacation while you are away. We have many options for you to choose for your pet to enjoy, a movie night and popcorn, a nature walk, breakfast, snack-time, swimming (seasonal), Spa bath, pedicures and much more!
Homestead Pet Resort & Spa is staffed daily including a kennel resident who resides here at night. Pets will be crated at night only at the owner’s request, otherwise they will have a free range of their suite. The Homestead facility is state-of-the-art: clean, secure, spacious, and most of all, a healthy environment.
Activities
Our canine guests enjoy hours of socialization with our trained staff members and other dogs of their same size, age, and temperament. We have a large play yard with a pool (seasonal) for them to swim, run, and play. On days the weather is not permitting outside play we have various toys and an inside area to play. We have a movie and popcorn day, kong treats, home- made dog treats, music for them to listen to and plenty of staff attention.
At Homestead Pet Resort & Spa our trained staff understands that some canine guests have special needs. Please discuss with us any special arrangements that need to be made when making your reservation. We do give medications, offer extra meals throughout the day and extra brushing if needed. We will do everything we can to make sure your pet is well taken care of.

There is no pick up, drop offs, or transportation available on these days. There is however, staff on-site for all our pets staying with us.
Please Note: The Homestead Pet Resort and Spa has the right to refuse any pet guest at anytime, who does not have proof of vaccinations, shows signs of aggressiveness, signs of untreated or contagious conditions, or fails our temperament polices.
